Business is the ultimate puzzle and having a thinking partner helps you work through the complex variables and identify the levers of your business that you can manipulate to reach your goals. As owners and operators, we are often in the trenches focusing on the daily/weekly/monthly objectives. This partnership is designed to create time to elevate our thinking beyond the short term and create an action plan to achieve long-term goals.
Our loved ones and friends are often not equipped nor have the bandwidth to help us work through the intellectual complexities of our business. I find many owners feel stuck and alone in the carrying of this burden. I want to help you carry this burden and create processes for removing daily operational burdens to free your time for the work you want to do.
I’ve had a passion for business since I was in late middle school, starting my first business. I enjoy the freedom of business ownership and the puzzles it provides. I’ve learned over years that business is simply providing people with enough value that they want to provide you capital for what you are offering. This simple idea creates a world of possibilities and complexities.I helped start a consumer-packaged goods business in Austin Texas in 2016 where we operated out of a residential location, growing to a nationwide business with multiple commercial locations that brings in tens of millions of dollars of revenue while maintaining healthy enough margins to enrich its owners. This business took years to configure in a way to gain market penetration and scale to a level of operational efficiency to create a healthy sustainable margin. This business is still successful and a market leader in its industry. I’m still in this business and have leveraged human capital to allow me the time to pursue my passions.
